Am I under nda?

For almost a year ago I signed an 2 year long nda contract from hCaptcha because I found a link in their virtual machine when I was reverse engineering it and in the secret link there was a direct contact with them so I emailed them and they made me sign an nda. But the thing is that I was and still am under 18 is the nda still valid?

age doesnt matter when u sign a nda so in theory u cant but if some1 from here doesnt tell them ur fine and even if they do u can just argue that u didnt understand how the nda constrained u

I’m not really interested in working with them ngl but being under nda at 15 by a huge company like them is definitely going into my resume when I’m looking for a job lol

I just hope Ill be fine

If they paid u, just keep your mouth shut you shouldn’t even have made this thread.

If then didn’t pay you that’s not a real contract, contracts are req to have multiply exchange. Also if ur under 18 and your parents didn’t sign it then the contract can be recessed(undone) in vast majority of cases.

Lastly for them to even do anything about breach they generally need some kind of actual damage. Just breaking technicalities in contracts is usually insufficient if there’s no harm, but that’s not always the case either.
