You seem to have similar maxilla, recession of the lower jaw and bad under-eye support as I do (I have a flat midface and recessed jaws).

The photos are absolutely awful, but I think you have significantly more lateral zygo prominence than me tbh.

Should I lean down?

Before you mentioned this, I assumed you were already lean. If you are, and you don't have hollows then it could be an indicator of not having enough forward and lateral growth of the jaw.
