at 12, when I started feeling nausea just thinking about food, it was happening for too much time and i lost so much weight, got to a doctor yap yap diagnosed with arfid, slowly turned into an anorexia now

mentally, at the start it was awful, starving for days continually, was so hard on me, I legit couldn't sleep at night jfl, i was b/p almost everyday, but now it gotten better, I still starve etc, but the only issue are the physical side effects that are perma lasting and legit break you

what does what feel like? if you mean in my early stages, then imagine you see a plate of chicken, but everytime you look at it, or take a bite you'll feel like you'll get food poisoning or you'll puke it all, eventually this will bring you to stop eating out of fear of that happening

That’s a good way of explaining it. My ex had a mild ed as well but could never really explain what it was like.
