easier to create high iq genetically modified infants than to genetically modify an adult. Closest thing we have to an easier way of attempting this is to inhibit the deacetylation of histones so tht the genetic code is open to being encoded again. It is harder to do this with full grown adults for obvious reasons (unwrapping chromatin and changing proteins etc are harder when already differentiated), although inhibiting hdac2 could possibly work for memory, PTSD things like that.
