Should I work my way on tret 0.05% up to everyday because I've heard people say you should not use it more then 3 times a week. Also as a model what do you use for skin

Do you fuck with any PEDs or no, I'm going to guess no because as long as ur lean girls prefer that over the juicer buffalo look

Maybe like Clen or Peptides max??

I don't find tret to be that strong so I have no problems when I may not even use it for a month then go immediately to .10%. But everyone's skin is different--the only way to find out your response to it is by trial and error.
Also no real reason to use it every single day. Since it is a slight irritant and will will make your skin slightly dry and red acutely, I prefer to not use it for the 1-2 days leading up to a shoot or even just going out on the weekend.
I like to max the effects when I do use it though so my schedule usually looks like:
Sunday PM-use medicube extra strong exosome shot then apply tret
Monday PM-if overly red/dry skip exosome, just tret; if not, repeat the above
Tuesday PM-only tret
Wednesday PM-only tret
Thursday PM-off
Friday PM-off
Saturday PM-off

no roids or clen but I do love me my peps and some other metabolics like SLU-PP-332 and Cardarine which work highly synergistically

Have you tried both the regular (2000 ppm) and extra strong (7500 ppm) shot? I only tried the regular shot so far - applied daily together with 1% GHK-Cu serum, every other day followed with 0.2% retinaldehyde emulsion. I wonder if cycling the extra strong shot gives better results.

Nigga i did the 7500 in the past and now I do the newest extra strong 25,000. Go big or go home. Nah but obviously don’t use it every day, see how your own skin reacts to the actives and then adjust accordingly. But that’s the cool thing about exosomes. Most exfoliants will just cook your top layer of epidermis for no reason. We use the exosome shot not to exfoliate the top layer but rather to create the microchannels into the deeper layers of skin that can now properly benefit from whatever actives you apply after.

Cool, I must try the newest 25 000 ppm. Sounds like I should be able to keep using 2000 ppm on other days.
I agree with your take on exfoliants - I tried AHAs years back and found them overrated and difficult to combine with other actives. Now I only use glycolic acid in a face wash, this way it hydrates and softens the skin without wrecking it or messing up the routine.
When it comes to the serum from Medicube, it is actually spicules that create the microchannels. I think they added a small amount of exosomes only as a gimmick.

just started modeling as a early - mid teenager
any advice?

Yeah took me a minute to find when I had started. My first time using a link for images so lmk if I fucked it up but if it works you should see the two before images being closeups of each sides of my face and the afters being 8 weeks approx after using the product. Not the most comparable images ever but both high res enough for you to see details. As you can tell I didn’t have active acne per se, just skin tone, quality, and evenness that had room for improvement which this product does excellently.

When it comes to the serum from Medicube, it is actually spicules that create the microchannels. I think they added a small amount of exosomes only as a gimmick.
So this is directly from medicube’s site:
  • check button
    Exosome-coated Spicule (Hydrolyzed sponge)
Taking the form of needles, spicules penetrate the epidermal layer of the skin, providing next generation care for pores and overall healthier skin. While various skincare products feature Spicules, none are quite like Exosome Shot, which contains Exosome-coated Spicules.
  • check button
    Lacto Exosome
A patented active ingredient in Medicube, effectively cares for damaged skin, providing vitality and energy Comprised of various active ingredients including peptides, amino acids, glutathione, and vitamins, Medicube's patented Exosome addresses daily skin concerns and promotes natural skin health.
  • check button
    AHA + BHA + PHA
Powerhouse ingredients that aid in resurfacing textured skin, dissolving dead skin cells, and promoting skin renewal.
  • check button
    Niacinamide
Boosts the skin’s barrier and delivers hydration.
  • check button
    Panthenol
Soothes the skin and helps improve hydration levels.
I wouldn’t call their labeling of exosome a gimmick since it meets the definition of one but yeah you are correct that it’s the Spicules that are the delivery vesicle that creates the micro channels and does the heavy lifting basically.

I wasn’t completely unknown—basically had been posting fitness content on TikTok, grew decent amount of followers, photographers started hitting me up to do shoots, by the time my first agent discovered me I was over 10k on ig and she DM’d me there.
