1) get lean (~12% BF for men)

2) Haircut (learn how to do it yourself: blow-drying technique, building up volume, what products to use for your individual hairstyle etc)

3) Unironically, some forms of jewelry. I think I look a bit better just by wearing a wooden necklace, especially if I also wear a black shirt or t-shirt simultaneously

4) Gymming also unironically, which goes hand in hand with lean-maxxing. Research shows that you only need to focus on the upper body, that accounts for 70% of physical (as in, physique-induced) attractiveness

Hardmaxxes:

1) fixing as many forms of recession as possible, usually the jaws' recession (bimax) and midface recession (maxilla and zygos)

2) Fillers if you're not recessed. They will give you an accurate idea as to what you'll probably look like with custom facial implants

3) LL, but only if you have the money for it and if you're going with the internal lengthening: Stryde or Precice 2.0 They both cost ~80k USD on average and have a way better, faster and more stable recovery than external lengthening (Ilizarov Method, the one with the metal frames)

4) Most men will need to be on anti-androgens (finasteride, dutasteride or AR blockers like RU58841, CB-0-301 etc) and get a hair transplant at one point between their 20's and 30's. Balding = an aesthetic death sentence for 99% of men

No, I'm only aroused by female feet and only certain female's feet. Some women have gorgeous feet, but some have nasty ones. Really comes down to the individual girl. On average I think asians and hispanics (females) have the most aestethically pleasing ones.

What was your first experience like getting fillers? Were was your exact feelings walking out the clinic? Happy with what you got? Are filler doctors a rip off?
