• I've never heard of PSD and I don't condone taking drugs to lower anxiety, you end up abusing and getting addicted. But what works best is definitely Lyrica, Bromantane (and Klonopin very sparingly). Imo it's best to stay away fully and just socialise as much as possible and stay as stress and worry free as possible. Hard to do I know. Supplementing zinc, vit d3, magnesium and doing regular resistance training with good sleep, along with balancing your work/social life definitely makes a difference. Anxiolytics backfire and just lead to nasty withdrawals.

• Eat lots of eggs and cholesterol, keep lifting, don't cut cals too low, get enough sleep, ice your balls (might be good for erections but idrk)
• zinc, magnesium, vitamin d3 and bromantane. There's nothing better in my opinion.
• Just try to look your best, be your own self. No need to fit into an archetype. You can go for whatever look you want.
• I think fractional laser therapy, co2 laser, consistent microneedling and Retin-A and GHK-cu will help get rid of acne scars the best. Also keeping your diet clean and preventing more huge breakouts (the Retin-A will prevent breakouts though). Drink lots of water, manage stress.

I don't even know what that is to be honest. Just be brief and obviously don't send the chick 5 messages overnight for her to wake up to. Don't send tons of memes or talk about anything related to current affairs, her job etc, if you want to fuck her. Text game is usually just organising a place to meet up; there's not a whole lot to it. It's not like calling where you can sound unsure.

"Text game" is only really a thing if you got the girls number IRL and you're just following up. With Tinder idk, best approach is to definitely show interest straight away and if she's not interested or playing games, move on.

I do both but the GLPs push the envelope and make it so you can actually get to 10-12%. They're not without sides though. Low blood sugar, expensive, lower energy, weird gastro sides

I think Ritalin is great. I never talk about my looks but I am definitely HTN+. I have a great base physically and facially, and was smart enough to keep my appearance up. I get mistaken for being ~3 years younger than I am.

There's a lot more that goes into life than looks though. I definitely have my hangups
