What else is there to talk about? Literally everything has been talked about. And there's probably guides and posts for everything looksmax related.

Maybe your experiences in clubs or something ? Not many people write about that.

I hardly ever went to clubs. I think the last time I did was nearly a decade ago when I was fat. No girls went near me. Went a few times in the 2019-2022 era too and just got treated like a normal HTN.

But it's never the ideal place to meet good quality girls. Too noisy and so many tryhards approaching groups of girls. The dynamics are all wrong.

Nightclubs are better when you go with a group, especially if you're with some girls. They'll introduce you to others and just sitting at a table that isn't unappealing of packed with guys, makes the experience more sociable.

I guess then I will make a guide on how to kill oneself painlessly. Aint nothing to post apart from that. I posted aomething related to tooth extractions but that got heated quickly

I went to a club. Only one group of ladies were single and ready to mingle. But they were psycho

No I wont kill myself but that is the only topic left. The joke went over yiur head. Basically I wrote about the dangers of premolar extractions in treating moderate and mild cases of malocclusion and the thread got heated. Appatently some people didnt read that I had mentioned that premolar extractions shouldnt be avoided for surgery and camouflage treatment of severe malocclusion

I had them removed too. Goodbye dental arch. Premolar extractions definitely affect smile aesthetics even if they're removed to straighten teeth. The whole thing about it weakening craniofacial structure can be debated. Either way it's completely unneeded. Don't know why orthodontists still do it. There's other ways to address crowding/crooked teeth nowadays.

Basically it wont make you giga recessed but it can alter your profile for worse. Thankfully, I found out that if treated early, premolar extractions can be avoided and other appliances and tools are used to expand the arch before the sutures fuse. Anyway half the thread was arguments and the ogher half were people talking about their extractions. Removing teeth doesnt really alter craniofacial stucture, thats ridiculous but it does affect the lips and the alveolar bone which worsens the side profile. Also the retraction performed after removing premolars doesnt help the profile

I guess the only way you can change the shape of your nose is with surgery.

Yeah I agree. I think devices like vivos DNA should be used to treat crowding by MSE. So some ortho devide to widen the maxilla, then treat crowding. But extractions are quicker I guess and orthos want more churn, more customers, and those devices are pretty expensive (like $40k or more).

Yeah that and the younger patients dont comply with these appliances. So they are yet to be popular. North America has reduced its rates of extractions and other regions are doing too so its good news. Trust the scientific community to always be questioning

I've been good. Pretty stressed out over the past year or so though tbh.

In terms of assets to be holding right now. Honestly, stacking cash has never been as "good" as it has before, since the stock markets took a nose dive and are such high volatility. Gold is also another winner. It's the only thing that seems to be going up right now.

On a real note. I'll still be dollar cost averaging into the NASDAQ, monthly, forever. It's tanking right now but that'll end, in my opinion.

Crypto to hold: always bitcoin.

Trendfollow any coin that breaks out of its range (as long as you've risk management measures in place).

Cryptos to trade when no trend (always more risky):
  • Cardano (ADA)
  • Solana (SOL)
  • XRP (XRP)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • Dogecoin (DOGE)
  • Polkadot (DOT)
  • Avalanche (AVAX)
  • Shiba Inu (SHIB)
  • Binance Coin (BNB)
  • Litecoin (LTC)

The smartest thing to do is probably wage slaving, saving smart and DCAing into a low cost index fund (NASDAQ or S&P500), and you can do it with an ISA wrapped too.. No tax at all up to 20k GBP a year. So that's a no brainer.

With all the taxes I've to pay on stocks/shares outside of my pension, I'd probably have to go down the property route. Which is more expensive and has more work involved. But it's the most tax efficient option I have.

Appreciate this 🙏. NASDAQ dip will be temporary you think?
