They’re both undeniably good options
I’d say the main con of fat dissolvers is you need multiple sessions for good results
As for bfr the main con (which is still shared with fat dissolvers) is it ages you more as you age.
Which is still easily fixable via a fat graft and skin/neck lift if needed when you’re old
It’s really up to you what you wanna do so.
But with fat dissolvers you can fill up your cheeks easier since there’s still remaining fat cells that can grow if you regain weight
You can also do that with a partial buccal fat reduction
