my goal for every day isn't for me to eat 1000 Cals. my goal is to eat the least amount as possible.
today i ate 350 calories and also completed my goal of 10,000 steps a day. I'm not hungry or craving anything at all. i can tell my body is asking for food but i guess I've gotten used to it now. before these two weeks i was about 190Lbs my new scale is coming in 5 - 7 days (old one stopped working) i will update on my weight then.
