50mg of benadryl so 2 pills or 6 but dont cycle that often and however many melatonin u want but atleast 2. live a second life in my dreams its crazy. Minimum 2 dreams. im asleep at 8:30 and up at 6:10.

Doesn't melatonin surpress REM stage sleeping, which is why people say they feel "well rested" since most of their sleep is in deep sleep stage?

hmmm idk its mostly the 'dryl then cuz the fucking dreams are crazy
