Sorry to break it to you op but that man got robbed. That is not a good transplant result. He just looks balding now. If you want a good transplant result, go to Turkey.

What are you talking about he has straight hairline now but it looks obvious he has had transplant up close

This isn’t a bad hair transplant, however it’s not a home run. The reason it looks obvious is because the clinic put 3s and 4s in the front of the hairline giving it a plight appearance and they used 1700 grafts if I recall which should be have higher to match the density. He does like much better then before though. The hairlines shown above from the user all had 3500-5000 grafts and grafts were placed correctly.
