Anything that is can be considered as worth purchasing and taking at amazon is also available at any otc pharmacy. Just go in person and buy stuff there it will be cheaper. I think melatonin, pre workout, D3, Calcium, maybe some other things, are all worth taking. You can get those at a place like Walgreens or CVS.
