ok so look on amazon there's a ton of indian dudes who are selling tretinion under the disguise of "retinol gel" or "retin-a" or any generic acne gel. there's a couple more then those and if you wanna find any more in the future (the listing could get taken down) just look for something really generic looking that says "retinol gel" or "retin-a", if it has hindi on the box it's even more likely, if a review says "tretinion" or even just "tret" its very likely to be it and finally if a image or video review of the product shows its tretinion on the box or the tube itself its confirmed.

they will likely have high ratings for being a new product, have really generic packaging and have sus reviews that hint at it, like this

it depends on what you want. for ghk-cu you can legally buy and sell topical on any platform. for tret you can use this loophole. for any other drug you have to transfer a perscription or get one from amazon. unless its OTC then you can buy it normally.
