Here in Turkey everything has gluten or dairy or tons of oil.

There are tons of fast food places

Even the fucking rice has butter in it.

Soda is every there even I started drinking it here and I never do in America.

The food is super unhealthy and full of oil and fats

American on the other hand has tons of healthy fast food options such as chipotle, sweetgreen etc.

There are 100x more food options there you can eat 100 different cuisines while here in Turkey it’s just Turkish food

I can’t wait to go back to America

you're right turkey does have lots of unhealthy options but you can always cook your own healthy meals and eat out at healthier places like nandos or salad places its not that hard to maintain a healthy diet anywhere bro just need more self control than the average turkey person lmao.
