Based on my OWN observations, I would have to say NOT REALLY outside of GERMANY for some reason -- while BLACKS have an easy time in FRANCE and NETHERLANDS, and also MULATTOS do quite well in ENGLAND and the MEDITERRANEAN, I still think the UNITED STATES is by far the EASIEST country for ANY RACE to get pussy while looking AVERAGE -- and even looking CHOPPED if you're a DARKSKIN black.
