The thing is, so much european countries are still mostly of that ethnicity. America is a melting pot of europeans. U could be italian, polish or whatever, u go there, integrate within a couple decades your literally seen more American than a latino whos been there for decades, or even most the blacks.
In a way America is a white supremacist nation, cuz where else could u come from some random corner of europe, and be seen as more American, than an indian whos lived there his whole life.
A russian and pole can mix there, the kid comes out hes completely indistinguisable. The thing is that if your like some scandinavian, and you move to spain or u move to france or you move to Ireland, theyre always gonna sniff you out as looking a bit different from the usual phenotype, even if you have their accents down. Even australia if you move there if your russian or some shit, most the people are still of british descent, they'll know u dont match the usual phenotype.
The only other country that comes close is canada but who the fuck wants to live in jeetland.

Maybe South Africa is that way too, I have a uncle whos in south africa, even though hes not dutch or english he is treated that way too.
