Go through the posts, you will read that teachers get assaulted, spat on, cussed at. Being forced to give failing students a passing grade, parents and students constantly talking shit. Teachers get nearly no backing from the administration. These things, while objectively very bad, pale in comparison to expectations to be able to disarm active shooters even though they get zero training. American teachers have it bad, that’s why I said that.
