Scientifically speaking, I have naturally high T I have top 5% best heart health in my nation of 65 million according to the doctors (I went for a hormone test and blood test) they said my likelihood of getting heart disease is basically NULL and I used to eat processed and junk food daily. I naturally have a muscular build without needing gym and to finalise it I have a masters Post grad at the highest grade and got a scholarship for that and my degree. I’m 180CM which even scientists admit it’s th perfect male height. Sure it isn’t if you want WOMEN but from a strictly scientific standpoint it’s the perfect height that doesn’t impede health in any way
