South African and Brazil Police are completely brital. In Brazil the cops murder you with whatever they can get their hands on if you are a favela nigger because no one cares as long as they die. I read a news article of a guy getting killed from being repeatedly hit with a flywheel part from a industrial machinery. They dont care. They just want to kill you. Some police offciers even encourage the cops to murder criminals with whatever they can get their hands on so they dont waste the bullets. A life isnt even worth cost of a single round.
