1. Arby's cooks their signature roast beef without seed oils, but cooks their fries, chicken and even steak bites (yes even their new steak bites) in seed oils
&
2. Culver's cooks everything in butter.
The bread may still contain seed oils.
3. Chipotle uses rice bran oil, a seed oil.
4. Five Guys cooks their beef on the stove with just water. You can ask for a lettuce wrap to avoid seed oils from the bread.
They do cook in peanut oil for their fries.
5. Panda Express everything has seed oils unless you get the chicken teriyaki without the sauce and white/brown rice.
&
6. Just learned the Raising Cane's chicken fingers I'd been eating is cooked in seed oils (soy, canola).
7. Wendy's uses seed oils for everything, even their beef.
8. iHOP has a 24 hr location near me. They cook everything in a mixture of butter and seed oils. So something similar to margarine.
Apparently, RFK is working on the issue but the change isn't happening quick enough. I know Pizza Hut already has seed oils in everything. I'm assuming McDonald's too. Feel free to contribute to the list.

The trend is simple guys. If it's a carb source, like fries or bread, it has seed oils. The only seed oil free carb source is rice.
The meat is more likely not to be cooked in seed oils, but still check.
