American serving sizes are pretty insane tbh

When I first saw the american sizes for cold drinks and food I was shocked. Literally 3L Soda cups, 8lbs buckets of fried chicken and cookies, Tubs of Ice cream, 24 pack boxes of donuts, bacons etc. I assumed it was for sharing with your friends and family but I saw people buying it for themselves and munching it all down no problem. I saw people at starbucks regularly ordering trenta. 1 L serving of corn syrup,caffeine and cream, and shoving it all down with a double whopper early in the morning to "start" their day

im very used to it at this point. I was traveling out of the country this summer and found myself wanting more coke zero every time i bought one during a meal.
