Russia has minorities like Asians but the difference is they mostly live in their own mini-ethnostates inside Russia. Russia isn't importing millions of ethniks non-stop like America, the percent of slavic Russians (80%) is pretty stable over time. Also many of their ethniks like from the Caucasus are practically white, much closer to slavs than black Africans.
