Nah ethnics are everywhere in Paris, and in France in general. If you knew France you would know that their are council estates EVERYWHERE. Bare in mind that France has 3x the amount of African (black/Arab) as England, there is no way you can separate them all it’s like 15 million people.

Most eststes are next to the good areas like in England, only the roughest estates are separated.
