Where I live in thailand rn I'll come across Americans sometimes

I always catch them talking to the staff at the place I live

But it's not a regular conversation

It's them just spurting word vomit for literally hours, while the local worker says literally nothing

Wtf possesses them to think this is normal lol. Just talking for hours to yourself at another person while they say nothing? Tf

Just came across another one just now doing it and just looked so cringe
