Amla for hair growth

Just wanted to ask your opinion on using amla for hair thinning & to stop & reverse it.

As its from India ideally anyone from that neck of the woods please feel free to answer.

I been using this type of oil all my life and only benefits are that it gives you thicker and silkier hair. I don’t know wether it will it reverse it but it def helps to prevent

Cool mate that's all I need to know plus I'll use anti fungus (heavy antibiotic use) & other hair growth supplements.

Did you try castor oil. I heard it does help.
