Just do 1200 calories no cardio. Doing cardio makes it way harder to lose weight as it spikes hunger.

yeah cardio doesn’t burn a lot of calories either, takes like an hour to rack up the calories of one cookie

samsung galaxy 21, it's not even a new model.

it has a really good ai in the camera, but it makes your pictures look kind of generated sometimes especially in the portrait function.

will post it later this week it's pretty easy and good, lower calories compared to regular pizza with higher protein because you're using less dough with a thicker stack of meat.

I also made a round version but it's worse because the crust distribution isn't as good which leaves the bites in the middle with not enough dough.

Ig 2hrs of weight lifting 6x a week with tons of cardio ? Even that will fall short to cut on 4k calories

mountainbike in the winter swim during summer, good enough.

or you can always kayak if the water is too cold or dirty.

you're lucky that at your graceful and wise age things like phone don't matter, at my age an iphone is IMPERATIVE because: facetime calls are put on a pedestal, imessage games is a great companion for conversation starting , and there is a slight stigma towards android users but i noticed as i grow older, girls and boys dont care anymore its now all blackpill stuff

we still used flip phones without touchscreen when I was growing up.
