There was even this video on YouTube that compared hair transplants done by turkish doctors for 3k and by murican doctors for 15-20k. The results were completely mixed and sometimes the turk docs did a better job and sometimes the muricans did a better job, quite equal. Proves that 3k money doesn't really make it a worse job
