A lot of people's are saying 5% but based on org raters I think low htn and more is like the top 2-3%.

based of .org its probably like 2 percent for low htn and 1 percent for mid htn and higher

Normal distribution would be:
HTN(6/10) is top 15%
CL(7/10) is top 2%
Chad(8/10) is top 0.1%

If you use actual stats tho and not "muh he is ltn cuz I think so"
