Bro I am at approximately 67kgs on approximately 5 feet 9.
I just want to loose the last 5-6kgs.
The appetite and cravings are getting some times too much.

I take 20mg of Adderall every day for my horrible adhd and the appetite suppression is actually pretty solid. Of course if you are trying to lose weight you should be running 2+ mg of reta, stay in a deficit, and maybe light amphetamine usage.

literally just run reta, why the fuck would you do amps when reta exists (unless your one of those freaks and 10-20mg+ reta doesnt work for you)
