Amphetamine (also levodopa and bromocriptine) is an agonist to DA activity which induce and exacerbate schizophrenia.

Judging by your username, you should be the last person on earth getting anywhere near methamphetamines.

Untreated psychotics (like most of them in this forum) have higher DA levels in nucleus accumbens and putamen in schizophrenics. This would even progress and produce Parkinsonism.
