An acquaintance tried to mock me about looking young, the fuck?

Met up with a few friends and acquaintances back from school, one of them was a bit of an asshole back then and it seems he hasn't changed.

Dude tried to clown me for looking young for my age. I was actually kind of speechless for a couple of seconds, what kind of a dude is proud of looking like he's close to 30 (we're all in our mid-late 20s) and thinks mocking me for looking youthful is some kind of an insult . The fuck.

I started laughing and then just unleashed on the guy. Told him I want to look 21-24 for as long as possible, who the fuck wouldn't want that? That it wasn't my fault he had a receding hairline and wrinkles on his face and he should stop being so jealous (which is what I thought was the basis of his mockery). But he didn't relent, responded with how he looks like "proper adult" and I look like I only just left uni.
