The only way to achieve this sharpness is to inject filler in subcutaneous layer, not on the bone. And if it is not injected on the bone, it MIGRATES. Also, his jawline probably looks VERY weird in the motion.
And, there is also swelling yet for him. In 2 weeks his results will be a lot smaller.

I cringe a bit when I see those jawline resculptures using filler. The amount of filler to achieve that result is ludicrous and it's not sustainable
