Eat processed food. I know it sounds weird. Don't eat processed food only eat it with not processed food as well. Mix. Give your body a good combination
It all starts from joy. Then do 5 push ups. Then go outside and stand for 10 minutes staring in your garden, not moving, breathing in and out. And come back home. Go to sleep. Sweet dreams.
