It wasn’t a proper interview. It lasted 10 mins and there would be an in person interview after if they decided to

He just asked about any lab work I did at uni, what I do at my current job, why I was interested, and then told me the basics of the job. He told me it was minimum wage and very repetitive
He then asked if I had any questions, and I asked more detail about daily tasks, and he went into detail on lab procedures for a couple of minutes
I then said “thank you for your time”, he said “likewise” and started saying something else, but I kind of cut him off, going “cheers, bye”
It was 8 hour days, but only paid for 7.5 hours, with an unpaid 30 minute break. I currently get a paid 1 hour break, and earn £1.15 more per hour
