How big it’s the difference between the smv of a 5’9 and a 5´10 male. That extra inch really make a difference for a LTN or MTN? If it does make a big difference, do you think lying one inch can be beneficial for a 5’9 dude?

be careful lying cuz some 5'10 and 5'11 dudes might make you stand back to back with them to confirm (speaking from experience)

I think I’m gonna start using those shoes that increase height. Like 2,5-3 inches. A normal shoe lift 1-1,5 inches, is like a 1,5 inch increase. And now a question, do you guys think it makes a difference?
