An eye mask for sleeping is absolutely worth the 5$

Seriously I have had a problem that I had to stay on my job until like 00:00 then when I get to bed it’s already 1 am in the best case scenario and I sleep like 7 hours because of the bright sunshine that awakes me in the morning, even though I go to work at like 10-11 and I could sleep way more. Some would buy full blackout curtains for hundreds of dollars but there is really no need for that if you get a comfy eye mask

don’t underestimate cheap stuff, you can get what you want easy and cheap, morning sleep is easily achievable and I love it

I got mine the other day cause I wake at 3am for work so it’s still light outside when I sleep it’s great and comfortable but it’s always off when I wake up
