I was training, and he asked me how long I had for the set. I told him I have 5 minutes (ca 1.5 minute training, 3.5 minutes pause), and then he told me that I'd never build muscles like this. Now I want to know: is he right? Should I make less amount of pause, or was he raging cus i was using the exercise he wanted to?
