I have a coming seminar at the convention center and the written version of that seminar will be on my blog The Inferior Writings.
Basically, the essay argues that it is better for a person to live in a way that makes everyone around them hate them. It also argues that it’s best to have no relationships of any kind whether it be friendships or romantic relationships. The reason why it’s best to be this way is because it prevents feelings of love, bonding, adoration, and intimacy. And why are we avoiding those things? Because life ends in death. Why feel these amazing things when they will be taken away and thrust you deep into despair and unimaginable loss? Suicide is the natural trajectory in a case such as that.
So my essay says that it’s best to feel nothing.
