Also, as an extra precaution, blood tests for this should be free in the UK (I think, bc they are in Aus) you should be able to strait up ask for a fasting lipid blood panel with no questions asked, then you can just check it for free without paying for a dermatologist lol. Might as well just get as much checked as possible anyway too (like testosterone or other markers you might care about) but get it checked like 3-6 months in

For most people it’s fine, for me I just get really dry lips but lip balm is like a 2 buck fix for that, if you get side effects just decrease to like 3 times weekly. But don’t freak out if your acne gets a lot worse before it gets better, there’s a purging phase that can be quite nasty but that’s what’s supposed to happen. My skins very durable though, I recently started applying topical tret in combination with the oral (defs not a recommendation), skin started flaking a bit during the first few weeks but apart from that I’m pretty much good now lol

yes I got an accutane source. @trivenimedical ships to UK but use triangular shipping method which they provide if u ask them for no additional cost which is nice of them. I been trying to gatekeep this but its already mainstream so why not help a brother out? I used to go thru the same shit as u man my acne was horrible too dw. Im here for u if u need anything
