How can i get more forward growth. Is hardmaxxing the only option.
And will anbolics help to achieve mote forward growth like androgenic

I think hard maxing through surgery is the only option, when your past puberty you cannot conduct further forward growth anyone suggesting this is being disingenuous and are lying to you.
