ANALYSIS ON LIP CORNER CUTTING AND MEDIAL CANTNUS CUTTING

niggas fucked upView attachment 5351438 dont slice that

you see the skin after lacrimal caruncle cut that to the dermis layer 1st do in epi dermis if worked deepen up to dermis
was about to type up an array of racial slurs but remembered ill have to clean them up afterwards anyways, so will refrain

@Sayori told me to give my thoughts on this so listen

Users here are pretty retarded why ?

The unthinkable action of cutting canthus is pretty retarded it self . fair enough but most guys think from a normie perspective . "its retarded cause you're cutting your eye dude " rather than thinking from benefit / risk analysis with counting cost factor . i get it it may be costly

but the thing you are trying replicate here is epicanthoplasty in simple form to get a swung down medial canthus

look how complex this procedure is

Now i will tell you about how it is done (extremely simple term ) . 1st the incision placed is marked like this

View attachment 5350577

Then surgeon elongates like this

View attachment 5350582

and then it is anchored around the nasal bone area bit lower than the old medial canthus area to get what you want

PROBLEMS / RISK WHEH YOU DO CANTHUS CUTTING

1. Risk of infection around eyes can be dangerous

2.Wrong markings

3. You cut the wrong way and how its deep and now you have permanent bad scar

4. You fucked up the blade cut your eyes

5.You don't have crazy ass precision

6. You don't have the tool for efficiency

7. The correct scar is also looking worse

It only cost around 750 to 2000 $ so i don't think its even that costly

If you are retarded and wanna know how to do it without fuck up the here it is i wont add any image here ok . spoiler so chads can skip this retard part

Don't cut more than 1 mm to 1.5mm length at 1st

2nd use a Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) Spray to insure the site free of bacteria

After this keep on medical grade cotton pad

Mark the site/line which you wanna cut with medical grade face marker

Use a surgical Skin Graft Blades to cut only up to dermis

1st go only up to epidermis layer if the line goes well go to dermis and its done

then use a cotton pad to clean up and use a 3mm micro pore medical tape to cover up

Still will not recommend it you are not a trained guy its not worth it . Benefit/ Risk analysis = fucked up

High risk for minor change

2. Let's move on to Lip corner cutting

Taking it from my own lip guide removed stuff like down time and bs

Commissuroplasty is a surgical procedure used to reconstruct or adjust the corners of the mouth (oral commissures), typically to correct microstomia (small mouth opening) caused by trauma, surgery, or congenital conditions. It involves repositioning the corners of the mouth to improve both functionality and aesthetics

HOW IT IS DONE

Screenshot 2026 05 11 193646

The surgeon identifies the desired new width for the mouth. A common aesthetic landmark is the mid-pupillary line (a vertical line dropped from the center of the pupil).

A horizontal incision is made starting from the existing corner of the mouth and extending outward to the new marked position.
Tissue Excision: Small triangular segments of skin are removed above and below the horizontal incision line. This creates a "gap" or defect that allows the corner of the mouth to be moved outward.

Muscle Adjustment: A small wedge of the orbicularis oris muscle (the muscle surrounding the lips) is often excised to create space for the new corner and prevent the mouth from "relapsing" to its original smaller size.

The inner lining of the mouth (buccal mucosa) is mobilized and pulled forward (advanced) to cover the newly created gap. This creates the new pink "vermilion" part of the lip in the widened area.

Layered Closure: The surgeon uses fine, permanent, or dissolvable sutures to close the wound in multiple layers—internal mucosa, muscle, and external skin—to ensure strength and minimize scarring

Is it doable it is same shit as medial canthus cutting but with fewer risk i will say this is doable

why

Risk of losing vison is worse than a bit of mouth infection or mouth scarring

is it on same level as surgeon level ofc no . it is only good if it is making your harmony just slightly off by few points or slightly off from ideal ratio

PROBLEMS / RISK WHEN YOU DO LIP CORNER CUTTING

1.You can not fully fix your narrow mouth

2. You need to reattach the red flap to make the mouth look wide without scarring

3. You can only go for 1 to 2 mm after then it will only be scars

4. We all know accuracy and infection stuff so

And how to do this its same as medial canthus but with not having eyes now follow the same steps it will be fine

GO TO A PROFESSIONAL KIDDO

TLDR ?

Canthus cutting = hell nah

Lip corner cutting = may be with only small tweaks 1 to 2 mm and keeping on da saftey

yup disinfectant on every thing before cutting must be fine plus 3mm micropore paper tape to stop blood loss ig that must be good and cutting while marking the area 1st

i don't think you need to worry about healing process that much
