He’s not high psl, psl is more contingent on dimorphism but still relies on good harmony as well. An example is Cavill gets a 6 psl but gets a ~8.5-9 from Face IQ’s rating, whereas Hernan gets a 7 psl but rated ~8-8.5 Face IQ’s scale. The difference is maybe 1 psl but no one who’s high psl is gonna have low appeal
