i mean theres some cases where maturity(puberty with good habits) does have a slight fix in recession, but usually to fix this u need surgical intervention
but your only 15 you'll ascend hard by the time ur 18

Depends on the recession but for ortho theres herbst applicance, which can yield 2-4mm of skeletal forward growth in the mandible
Then theres more invasive surgeries that fall under the orthognathic surgery, this includes Bimaxillary Osteotomy and genioplasty
I would consult your ortho , because youre still young

u can clearly see even through his frontal profile, hes suffering a recession mixed with some downward growth, the chin isnt protruding, long philtrum , not an ideal lower third etc
