A 2025 study of adolescent boys with idiopathic short stature found that the Anastrozole + HGH combination group showed the most significant increase in adult height compared to other treatments, with an average adult height standard deviation score improvement of 0.81 ± 0.34. This was superior to Letrozole + HGH (0.60 ± 0.28) and GnRHa + HGH (0.48 ± 0.17). For a practical case, a 14-year-old boy on this combined therapy gained over 22 cm over 2.5 years, eventually surpassing his predicted adult height by more than 6 cm . Dont understand why anyone picks letro over so what it keeps test a bit higher that isnt saving anyone
