just went from 228lbs to 170lbs in ~5 months with no training just a fixed diet

and is still fat as fuck like not even close to having abs etc, probably fucked hormones from cutting weight fast too idk, goal weight 150lbs and lean,

wouldn't taking only anavar help with keeping muscle while cutting or useless without a test base like all the people have said? I assume they are assuming I'd be bulking and focusing on gaining muscle because im retarded af for not giving context

300 mg test (titrate your way up to 500mg slowly) for 16-24 weeks and var 20-40 mg for 6-10 weeks.

And yes you DO need blood work, you can’t do a cycle without it.

Anavar is not androgenic so you don’t have to take dht blockers from what I’ve heard (I’m pretty sure but check yourself) If you want to lose weight get like Reta and if you really like orals mk (you have to be retarded to think Reta and mk are opposite)

I've looked at some things like reta and clen etc for fat burning and appetite suppressant but I dont really think I need it, it's really easy for me to loose weight as long as my family don't bring home certain foods, I've been abusing caffeine alot and it really really helps my appetite.

I cycled for 5 years, blasted and cruised for another 4, and the best I ever looked was on us pharm grade anavar only at 30-40mg a day. Despite what everyone says online if I had to do it all over again I would have stuck to short oral cycles only, using them mainly to cut/recomp, until I was ready to stay on trt year round.
