Anavar + test base cycle Concern

So I'm planning on taking var + test base for my 2nd cycle for like 8-10 weeks. first cycle was just a test c 300mg and AI.
Main concern is my face width and it is going to look subhuman if it gets any wider, I think im overthinking it but there is a chance that somehow my bones get stimulus and cheekbones gets wider.
How to avoid this or am i being paranoid
