Kind of a controversial topic tbh. I’d recommend a low trt base (~50mg / week), with frequent blood tests to see whether your estrogen is in the 8-20pg/ml range. If your estrogen is still too high, titrate to a working dose of an ai.

You 100% need at least a blood test before and on cycle. There are some private firms for that that can do it discreetly but it’s kinda expensive (like 100-200$ per test). To reduce the frequency as far as possible, you can look at your current test and estrogen levels after your first test and calculate your aromatization level and calculate your test dose from there. Then adjust after the on cycle test.

there has to be. There are also online ones where you’re sent a kit which you use to take your own blood. Then you just send it over to them and they perform the test.
