Why is it that after using Adapalene for almost two months, my skin condition is still very bad, even worse than before? I'm still using sunscreen and basic skincare. Should I switch to a different treatment or do I need another treatment as well pls help me

I'm only 15, and even if I were 18, buying Accutane in my country without a doctor's prescription would be impossible

yes but tretinoin can be quite strong too so aim for 2-3 days per week and tretinoin 0.025%

get tret then 0.05% if you have severe acne alongside sunscreen and moisturizer

i use 0.05% everyday i got no dryness only acne purge but yeah my acne is dried and i only have acne marks rn
