Ancient Judean Vinegar Curse

I take apple cider vinegar capsules, one every morning and then right before I eat dinner, and this morning (approx: 50 minutes ago?) I made a horrible mistake that could change my life forever. I accidentally took the capsule without water, just accidentally went down the hatch and I gagged it down and thought everything would be fine

But it wasn't

Now every time I swallow I get the extremely strong taste of vinegar flooding my bloodstream, which I presume was cast upon me via the Ancient Judeans for failing to respect Israel

My stomach is in anguish
My tongue is in shambles
My life is at risk
